Postage & Delivery
Please note that all of our products prices include postage and delivery charges. We use Standard NZ Post to deliver our orders (Economy Airmail for International Orders). The NZ prices also include the GST tax of 12.5%. This is not added to international orders as they are exempt.
Delivery Times
Within NZ – allow 1-3 working days
Australia – allow 3-5 working days
United Kingdom – within 14 days.
International Customs
Please note that any additional taxes or duties that may be incurred within the customers country are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
The customer will be required to pay for the return shipping of any goods unless the incorrect goods were received or the goods are defective in any way. Littleducks will proceed with a full refund to your credit card once the product has been received by us.
Littleducks is happy to exchange items for alternative sizes or products of the same value as long as the goods are returned promptly and are un-used. We will pay for the shipping of the replacements but the customer is to pay the shipping to return the goods to exchange.

Littleducks takes the utmost precautions to protect your information. All our credit card transactions are processed by PayPal, the world’s largest secure payment provider. Littleducks does not store any credit card details, for further information see www.paypal.com.
